Jeph B. Acheampong is a recognized voice on the future of work, youth empowerment, and digital transformation in Africa. As Founder and Director of Blossom Academy, he has been featured across leading global platforms including the United Nations, World Bank, and Expo 2020 Dubai.

Jeph has delivered keynotes, moderated high-level conversations, and served as a panelist at world-class institutions including Harvard University, MIT, Yale University, The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), The Fletcher School at Tufts University, Cornell University, and New York University.
