Meet Jeph B. Acheampong
Jeph Acheampong is the Founder and Director of Blossom Academy, an award-winning non-profit social enterprise. Based in West Africa, Blossom Academy creates a pathway for underserved communities to develop data skills, empowering them to enter the evolving job market and establish sustainable livelihoods. Blossom Academy and Jeph have been recognized for their organizational success and outstanding social impact with the prestigious Expo 2020 Dubai Global Innovator Award and received grants from the Livelihood Impact Fund, the African Visionary Fund, and the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation. Among other media acclaim, Jeph and Blossom Academy have been profiled in CNN’s What’s The Big Idea, the United Nations Decent Jobs For Youth, and the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square New York. Before Blossom Academy, Jeph was a founding member of Esusu Financial, a fintech unicorn company leveraging data solutions to empower tenants and improve property performance, and also worked as a data solutions consultant at Experian PLC. He graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and served as a Fellow at Princeton in Africa and Acumen.
